Volunteer in Israel

In 2011, Livnot repaired over 200 homes and engaged over 2,200 volunteers ranging from individuals, Birthright groups, high school and university students, Federation and synagogue missions, and Bar/Bat mitzvah chesed projects.  We look forward to another exciting year of building Israel and community.

Livnot’s professional work foremen, along with the assistance of volunteers from Israel and abroad, go into the homes of needy families, elderly, and terror victims to perform much needed repairs.  Our efforts include painting, fixing leaks, re-tiling floors and bathrooms, removing mold, plumbing and electrical work, and a variety of other repairs.

In addition, Livnot volunteers restore parks such as the Citadel Park in Tzfat, and work in institutions such as the Ethiopian Absorption Center in Tzfat and the Center for the Blind in Beit Shemesh.
