Tifferet Weinberg, a former Bat Sherut at Livnot, has one of the best secrets around town: a recipe for delicious gluten-free peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. Today she shared it with us, and we can’t wait to give it a try! The recipe for the easiest, fastest, and yummiest gluten-free peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies: 1 cup natural peanut butterflourless-cookies-sl-x 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon of salt / kosher salt 1 teaspoon baking powder chocolate chips Directions: Mix everything together and add chocolate chips (as much as you wish!). Make balls of dough and bake at 180 Celsius for ten minutes. Let them cool off and then eat with friends or family (or have some quality time with yourself). Bete’avon!
