Tu B’Av Chevre Reunion – the holiday of love!

Join us in Tzfat from Thursday, August 7 to Monday, August 11 for a special chevre reunion for Tu B’Av – the holiday of love!  This reunion could not come at a better time to remind us of the wonderful Livnot community that we have in Israel.  We hope you will join us to reconnect and come together to have a great time in this amazing place we call home.

As well as the unforgettable Livnot Shabbat experience, this program will include:

  • Relationships and intimacy workshops
  • Kabbalah meditation class
  • Motzei Shabbat cheese and wine night
  • Local Tzfat Craft beer tasting
  • Livnot style chevruta learning on Judaism and love
  • A night hike to Amuka – legend has it that a prayer here helps one to find their soul mate!

10509695_10152865017651729_3135342093761548245_nIn Temple times, Tu B’Av (the fifteenth of the month of Av) was a joyful holiday celebrating the grape harvest (hence the connection with good wine) where the single girls of Jerusalem would dress in white and go into the fields and dance while on the lookout for a husband. Come join us in Tzfat to celebrate nature and build connections with many of the past chevre who now live in Israel.  It will be a weekend full of good food, good conversations and a taste of the quiet and calm of the north.

Space is limited to 20 past Chevre, so book now! The highly subsidized cost of the program is 250₪, including accommodation in the Livnot campus.
