Living History: The Old City Campus


Nestled in the heart of Tzfat's picturesque Artists’ Colony, our campus is more than just a place to stay—it’s an archaeological treasure. Live in 16th-century rooms featuring original stone arches and domed ceilings, excavated to combine ancient beauty with modern comfort. The entire complex is available for group rentals, providing an inspiring and private setting for retreats, shabbatonim, or large family gatherings.

Campus Features:

  • Comfort: Air-conditioned rooms (3-5 participants) with private bathrooms.

  • Community: Shared kitchen, library, meditation room, and laundry.

  • The View: A massive panoramic balcony overlooking the Galilee, used for outdoor dining and music.

Blue Khan Guest House


The Blue Khan: Historic Space & Scenic Views The Blue Khan offers a classic Tzfat experience, providing a spacious and atmospheric home base for Livnot’s hiking and volunteering programs. With its traditional architecture and sweeping Galilee views, the Khan is a favorite for family Shabbatot, reunions, and groups looking for an authentic connection to the Old City.

What to Expect:

  • Traditional Accommodations: 10 guest rooms with private bathrooms, capturing the simple charm of Tzfat (Sleeps up to 35).

  • Views from the Top: Experience incredible Northern Israel vistas from our rooftop and many of the guest rooms.

  • Central Gathering Hub: A lobby and lounge area featuring a kitchenette and 24/7 coffee corner with full Shabbat amenities.

  • Indoor-Outdoor Dining: Our large first-floor dining hall seats up to 70 guests and opens into a peaceful, shaded garden—perfect for group meals and outdoor workshops.
